Once at your destination you will be shown around and given some history on fishing in Sydney Harbour by the Young Guns team whilst having a nibble on the yummiest 5 star entree and beverages served by professional wait staff. Your team will then be ushered into the beautiful restored home of Louis Pasteur's nephew, Doctor Adrien Loir that was used by the Doctor between 1888 and 1894, as a laboratory by scientists working for the Pasteur Institute , who were researching the use of the chicken cholera microbe to control Australia's rabbit population. To start the day, the Young Guns Team will run you through some awesome team building exercises to motivate and re-energise your team. After your team has finished this fantastic team building exercise......lunch is served! Feast on a 3 course meal comprised of options for even the fussiest eaters including seafood platters, spit roasts and much more. Once your team is finished filling their bellies the best part of the day is yet to come. This 70ft cruiser offers the perfect venue for corporate functions, weddings and social occasions. The vessel has a fully licensed bar and saloon area on the lower deck and al fresco entertainment and BBQ deck on the upper level. The lower saloon deck also offers all weather comfort and fixed seating 45 passengers. This vessel accommodates up to 60 guests for Cocktail or informal Buffet style dining. You will be collected from the wharf of your choice where the fun will begin immediately. Your whole event will be conducted on the beautiful Sydney Harbour with some of our city's finest landmarks for a backdrop. Corporate Events Bronze Corporate Package - Little Mooney Creek Fishing Resort
Spoil your team with a relaxing morning or afternoon of fishing at one of Young Guns most beautiful venues. Young Guns have put together a package for your team to enjoy a session at Little Mooney Creek, a beautiful fishing resort in Somersby. The Bronze package includes a resort tour of Little Mooney Creek and its facilities, as well as proffesional casting lessons, lure demonstrations and fishing lessons. The Timetable for the day begins with a supertank and lure demonstration by one of Young Guns trained instructors, teaching us about lure fishing technique, and the many different types of lures that we can use while fishing. Next is casting lessons, where we teach accuracy and safety while casting and also talk about some tips while fishing in the bass lake. Using our unique 10 step casting program, we have our students hitting targets in no time. Lastly we have our fishing session on the Bass lake. Using a variety of lures as shown in the supertank demonstration we will enjoy an hours fishing on the bass lake. Any fish caught that have not been tagged are able to be named, and the record is added to our Hall of Fame chart.
Included in the day is: - Afternoon or morning tea breaks with tea, coffee and biscuits
- 3 hours worth of instruction by professionally trained Young Guns staff
- All fishing equipment provided, including rods, lures, bait and terminal tackle

Corporate Events Silver Corporate Package - Little Mooney Creek Fishing Resort
Spoil your team with a relaxing day of fishing and lunch at one of Young Guns most beautiful venues. Young Guns Fishing Adventures have put together a package for your team to enjoy a 6 hour day out at the beautiful Little Mooney Creek Fishing Resort.
The Silver package includes a resort tour of Little Mooney Creek and its facilities, as well as proffesional casting lessons, lure demonstrations and fishing lessons AND a full barbeque lunch, complete with drinks, a variety of salads and breadrolls. The Timetable for the day begins with a short tour of the resort, then we head over to the supertank and lure demonstration by one of Young Guns trained instructors, which teaches us about lure fishing techniques, and the many different types of lures that we can use while fishing in the bass lake later that day. After a quick morning tea break consisting of coffee, tea and some tea-cake and biscuits, we head over to the casting area for some casting lessons. Here we teach accuracy and safety while casting and also talk about some tips while fishing in the bass lake. Using our unique 10 step casting program, we have our students hitting targets in no time. Also included is some casting demonstrations by our instructor on the fly rod, spin rod and baitcaster. By now its lunch time down at the barbeque area, adjacent to the Bass Lake. Here we set up a dining area under some gazebo's offering views of the beautiful bass lake while you eat your BBQ lunch. We have a range of meals that we can prepare for you, just be sure to ask when you book!
Lastly we have our fishing session on the Bass lake. Using a variety of lures as shown in the supertank demonstration we will enjoy over two hours of fishing on the bass lake. Afternoon tea will be made available during these two hours. Any fish caught that have not been tagged are able to be named, and the record is added to our Hall of Fame chart.

The Gold package includes a resort tour of Little Mooney Creek and its facilities, as well as proffesional casting lessons, lure demonstrations and fishing lessons, a full barbeque lunch, complete with drinks, a variety of salads and breadrolls AND the Fish! Philosophy Team-building exercise!! The Timetable for the day begins with a short tour of the resort. Then we head over to the first program of the day, "The Science of Fishing", provided by Young Guns Fishing Adventures. Here we provide some information about the History of Young Guns, as well as some presentations. After a small morning tea break consisting off coffee, tea, tea-cake and biscuits, we head over to the Fish! Philosophy area for some team-building exercises designed to re-energise and excite your work team over two fun-filled hours.
Young Guns Fishing Adventures prepares a full BBQ lunch during the Team-building exercises, including a dining area set up adjacent to the bass lake, providing beautiful views and spectacular food. We have a large variety of menu's so please be sure to ask when booking!
Now we head over to the casting area for some quality casting lessons. Here we teach accuracy and safety while casting and also talk about some tips while fishing in the bass lake. Using our unique 10 step casting program, we have you hitting targets in no time! Also included is some casting demonstrations by our Instructor on the fly rod, spin rod and baitcaster. Now we have a short break for some afternoon tea consisting of a fruit salad, or some tea, coffee and biscuits.
Lastly we have our super-tank demonstration and our fishing session. Using a variety of lures as shown in the supertank demonstration we will enjoy one and a half hours of fishing on the bass lake. Any fish caught that have not been tagged are able to be named, and the record is added to our Hall of Fame chart.
