LANDBASED CLASSES ONLY
Beginner - Recreational Fishing Technique/Knowledge & Skills Clinic
A course for people at the beginner skill level or new to the sport.
Fishing techniques covered include only landbased using a threadline combo (spin rod) and bait fishing only.
Total Hours: 4 hours x 1 day
Cost: $50 per person plus $10 for bait
$120 per family plus $20 for bait

Intermediate-Recreational Fishing Technique/Knowledge & Skills Clinic
A course for people that are interested in pursuing fishing more as a sport rather than just an occasional recreation or people just looking to have a more confident approach to targeting fish species.
Fishing techniques covered include using a threadline and baitcaster combo with bait and lure fishing included.
Total Hours: 6 hours x 1 day
Cost: $80 per person plus $10 for bait
$180 per family plus $20 for bait

Advanced - Recreational Fishing Technique/Knowledge & Skills Clinic
A course for people looking to be competitive for the purpose of competition or people looking to target certain species with a highly skilled approach and increased catch rate.
Fishing techniques covered include your choice of one specialist technique per lesson as follows:
- Fly
- Rock
- Beach
- Surface Lures
- Soft Plastics Advanced
Total Hours: 8 hours x 1 day
Cost: $100 per person plus $10 for bait
$220 per family plus $20 for bait

Students will be required to have the following upon commencement of the lesson:

A current fishing licence. The can be purchased from most tackle stores and selected service stations for between $5 for one day to $75 for 3 years. Please see our 'useful links' page for further details.

Course Learning Outcomes
At the completion of the course, students will possess the following skills and knowledge:
